Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy is published under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and applies to ADHD Self-Test at adhd-self-test.pages.dev, operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.
1. Consumer health data we collect, why, and how we use it
- Your test answers and result: not collected. They are scored in your browser and never sent to us or anyone else.
- Analytics data, only after you click "Allow analytics": the ADHD-related pages you view, the site that referred you, and these actions: test started, test finished, result shown, print, opening the strategy guide description, clicks on links to other pages of this site, and how long a page stays open; with a random cookie ID, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or country). Because the site is about ADHD screening, we treat this as consumer health data. Purpose: to count visits and learn which pages and features are used, so we can improve the site. It never includes your answers, your count, or your result.
- Hosting data: your IP address, browser type, and the address of the page you request (which can show that you visited an ADHD screening page). Purpose: to deliver the pages you ask for and protect the site from abuse.
- Email you send us: whatever you choose to include. Purpose: to reply to you. Please don't send health details.
2. Sources of this data
All of it comes directly from you: your browser when you use the site, and your own emails.
3. Consumer health data we share
We do not share or sell consumer health data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Third parties and affiliates that receive it
No third parties and no affiliates. Two processors handle data only on our behalf and under contract: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google LLC (Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics).
5. How to exercise your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data and to give you access to it, including a list of anyone it was shared with; withdraw your consent; or delete your data.
- Withdraw analytics consent: click "Analytics settings" in the footer of any page and choose "No thanks". Analytics stops right away and its cookies are removed from this site.
- Any request: email hello@howtallai.com with the subject "Consumer health data request". There is no charge, up to twice a year. We respond within 45 days; if we need more time we'll tell you why within those 45 days and finish within 45 more.
- Appeal: if we decline your request, reply to our answer with the subject "Appeal". We'll respond in writing within 45 days. If the appeal is denied, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint
